It seems like cold/flu time has come early this year,
because literally everyone has been getting ill. So went I woke up this morning
with the sniffles I was not surprised to say the least. I know beauty products
can’t cure colds but I’m actually feeling much better. So I thought I would
show you my stash of products that make me feel better.
Philosophy’s Eye’s Wide Open Eye Gel
If you wake up hung over, tired or sick this is a great
emergency product to have. This gel feels refreshing once applied and doesn’t
leave a greasy residue like other gel eye creams I tried. Also the caffeine in
this product helps de puff tired eyes making you instantly look more awake. It’s
a perfect product to keep around for morning makeup emergencies.
Pocket Bac’s
I love these mini antibacterial gels and always leave one in
my purse. When I’m sick I always like to have one close by, especially when
you’re coughing into your hands and sneezing. YUCK. I just opening Montana
Morning Air and I can’t tell you how it smells because to be honest my nose it
plugged.
Clinique Airbrush Concealer
I just love this lightweight concealer, because it’s both
lightweight and illuminating. There is nothing worse then when you feel sick
and then you go look in the mirror and you look sick too. This might be
unnecessary to some but even though I’m not going anywhere it makes me happy.
Avene Cold Cream Lip Blam
This is one of my favorite lip balms. It’s ultra
moisturizing which is perfect for days where you feeling a bit blah. Is it just
me or to chapped lips and colds go together?
Some non-beauty cold time essentials
- Cough candy
- Fuzzy blanket
- Tea
- A book, right now I’m reading one on vintage cakes. The whole book is filled with beautiful pictures and scrumptious recipes.
- Tylenol cold and sinus!!!
Feel free to leave me a comment and let me
know what some of your cold beauty essentials or if you even have cold time
beauty essentials?
Hope everyone is having a great
weekend!

Tanya
