My Relaxation Routine

For the past year I’ve been more of a shower person, opting for a quick spa like experience as oppose to the hour bath retreats I use to take. For me my relaxation routine has feel spa like with products that are both effective and quick.
So pack away your bath bombs ladies this is my quick relaxation routine.

Candle
This is something that hasn’t changed in my routine, but with that being said this is something I light candles so often it’s almost like second nature to me. Besides your typical spa scents I also like to burn tropical scents in the bathroom. Right now I have a Yankee Candle in Coconut Cream on the go and it smells li

ke a tropical escape.  Bath and Body Works Eucalyptus Mint is really nice too!
Biotherm Lait De Gommage Milk Scrub
This is my favorite body scrub ever! Not only does it smell like Creamsicle but it’s a great 3-in-1 product too!
1.       This product is a very effective cleanser and lathers amazingly. Thus saving you time!
2.       The very fine granules are gentle enough to use on even the most sensitive skin types. Amazing!
3.       Lait De Gommage leaves your skin so smooth and moisturized. Perfect!
I love this and highly recommend it.

Darphin Nourishing Satin Oil
This is one of the best oils I’ve tried. It’s very hydrating but absorbs in the skin immediately, so none of that sticky clothes grossness.  The light scent does not linger on your skin so it won’t interfere with perfume.  The speediness and quality of this really lends itself nicely to a quick beauty regime.

Philosophy Micro Exfoliating Pads
These pads work differently for everyone. Personally, these pads make my skin look luminous and more even toned. I also like that these pads are ready to use, cause no irritation and require no dry down time. So after this I slap on my moisturizer and I am DONE.

These are four additional steps that make me get into that spa like feel. Don’t be daunted by products or routines instead do things that work for you! And all you bath girls who are ready to quit the tub, come join me on the dark side. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA (evil laugh)

Thanks for reading!
Ps: I don’t think I actually quit baths forever, because as soon as I have a Floating Island bath melt from Lush I might be reformed.
